How do you begin the journey of creating your dream piece of jewellery?

You now just need to send us your heirlooms
For all heirloom redesign projects, this is the moment you send us your pieces. You’re welcome to bring them in person, or you can post them via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure and reliable option. Once your jewellery arrives, I’ll issue an electronic invoice for a 50% deposit. After payment, production begins, and at Liri, the creation of your bespoke custom jewellery typically takes around eight weeks before it’s ready for its final delivery.
The final piece
We’ll keep you informed at key stages of the journey, but nothing compares to the moment you see your finished piece brought to life. When your jewellery is ready, we will invoice you for the remaining balance, and you can choose to collect it in person or have it securely shipped to you once payment is complete.

Costs vary depending on the complexity of the design and the materials you choose. Because each piece is individually crafted, bespoke jewellery naturally sits at a higher price point than mass-produced or ready-to-wear items. To ensure clarity and alignment from the start, it’s important to indicate your budget (and maximum spend) on the commission enquiry form.
Pricing depends on the design and whether additional materials are required to enhance the final piece. Heirloom redesigns typically start from £495 per item, and if you commission multiple pieces at once, subsequent items may cost less. Please specify your budget on the enquiry form so we can tailor the design accordingly.
A 50% deposit is required to begin all bespoke and heirloom redesign projects. The remaining balance is usually due upon completion, but we can discuss spreading payments over smaller increments where possible. Please note that jewellery is only released once all payments have been settled.
Distance is never an issue. Many Liri Jewellery Bespoke clients are based across the UK, and every step of the process can be done electronically via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email or video call—whichever you prefer. Payments are handled securely through Stripe or PayPal for a seamless experience.
Production typically takes around eight weeks from the moment your deposit is received. If any delays arise, you’ll be informed immediately and kept updated throughout the process.
Once a design has been approved, making changes becomes difficult after production begins. However, if you need to adjust something, get in touch and we’ll let you know what may be possible. Please note that additional costs may apply.
Your jewellery will be crafted exactly according to the design you approved. If the finished piece is not exactly what you envisioned, adjustments can be made, though they may incur additional charges.
Because each item is bespoke—and often created using your own materials in the case of heirloom redesigns—we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if something isn’t quite right, please reach out so we can work towards a solution together.
